Return Policy

Online purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt. Returns can be made in-store or by mail. Store credit is issued via email and never expires. It can be used online or in-store.

• Returned items must be in original condition with tags attached.
• Shipping charges are not refunded; you are responsible for the return shipping.
• Returns will be processed within two days of being received

To be eligible for Return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
• No makeup, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, smoke odor, or stains of any kind
• Tags must still be attached

All markdown items are FINAL SALE and may not be exchanged or returned.

To begin your return, please email us at: amy@ellipsisboutique.com, including your Order# in the subject line. All returned items must be in original condition, with tags in place. Once we receive the returned items, you will receive a store credit within 48hours. Shipping is non-refundable.
