Online purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt. Returns can be made in-store or by mail. Store credit is issued via email and never expires. It can be used online or in-store.

• Returned items must be in original condition with tags attached.
• Shipping charges are not refunded, you are responsible for the return shipping.
• Once your return is received and approved, we will issue you a gift code via email or in-store credit to use on future orders.

To be eligible for Return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
• No makeup, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, smoke odor, or stains of any kind
• Tags must still be attached
