All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date. Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail. $7.95 flat rate shipping on all orders placed within the US. US orders over $75 ship free.
Ellipsis Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Online purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt. Returns can be made in-store or by mail. Store credit is issued via email and never expires. It can be used online or in-store.

- Once your return is received and approved, we will issue you a gift code via email or in-store credit to use on future orders.
